All the fuses are located under the dash. If your looking for the High Blower Relay its located on the RH rear of the engine compartment near the blower motor. The blower Resistors are in the engine compartment in the blower assembly. If I can help I do have a factory book on Electrical Diagnosis and Wiring Diagrams for the 92 S-10. I don't think they changed much from 90 to 92.
