Just Found This
Well I got the new Polar Lights 2005 Ford GT on Saturday at the LHS. Very nice kits. I was very impressed with the level of detail for a "snap together" kit. Some bad points, the white strips on mine, look like tape was added after the lines where painted on and the replacement decals well, suck. Other then that, quite a nice kit really.
Now today, while I was out and about, I found a Johnny Lightning 2005 Ford GT. This is also a snap together kit but it isnt predecorated so for those of you that are going to just strip a predecorated one try to find this. Its the same kit (AMT) as the Polar Lights but the kit is molded in a beige color and looks just like a gjue together kit. Sorry I dont have a camera right now but if I can borrow one, I'll try to post some pics of it later. I searched the website for Polar Lights and AMT but nothing. Side not, what a crappy website.
