Replacing center console

I posted this on the Suburban forum but no one answered, but it's also Silverado related, so I'll try here.

Just got a 2001 Suburban. It has two bucket seats and a center storage console. I'd like to replace the console with one with a seat. I've been told that the console to use is the same one used for a Silverado. I've examined the seats in my Suburban, and can't for the life of me figure out how to take out the old one...I'm assuming it requires the removal of the two bucket seats? I don't even see any bolts that would loosen these seats. More like flat nails without anywhere to place a screwdriver. Bolts are on the outside position, but not the inside. I also don't want to mess up the power seat stuff.

Any suggestions? Anywhere online that would show how to do this?

Thanks.

Re: Replacing center console

I've removed the seats in mine, just a few weeks ago. the bolts aren't easy to get to, and they are in track that the seat slides forward and back in....
