Hey everyone. Found this site looking for some troubleshooting, and it turns out that I could help someone, so I registerd and now, the introduction.

I have a 1989 LeSabre T-Type that has 173xxx miles on it. It's been a one-family car, and it should stay that way for a long time. Anyways, it needs a motor, tranny work, paint, body work, etc... but for a 16 year old car, it's in pretty decent shape. In the next year the motor will be swapped for a Series I S/C (Series II is too complex and costly for a poor white boy), tranny , and it should have some major body work.
