Well I always read this forum but never considered actually feeding in to it, until now. Somebody said something about a future convertable Tiburon. Well about two or three months ago, I went to my local dealership here in San Diego, and the guy who sold me my car was extremely excited, he was telling me about the new line up and when their expected in, and he said they should should be expecting the convetable Tiburons in 16 months. Anyways, I'm new, my name is Daniel, I have a silver 2005 Hyundia Tiburon 5spd GT. I enjoy it, very attractive, performance is 'blah' but overall I'm very happy. Who would of thought that a dealership would perfer 7500 mile oil changes? Anyways I'm a pussy, I use 91 octane, thats 3 dollars in San Diego, and the most I'll ever do to my Tiburon is a window tint. The tyranny of a warrenty.

you wont void your warranty with any mods you do to your tib, UNLESS one of your mods screws up your tib in any way... but the dealership has to prove your mod caused a problem....
mod it, make it your own

You never no for sure what you hear from hyundai. I heard that the 2008 will be the convertable addition for the tiburons from the westren reaginal dealers president. It might come out in 2007 as the 2008. Thats what they did in febuary of 2002 with the new 2003 tib..

AHHHH its nice to see nisco as a mod lol......... i dont think i will like a convertable tib very much, not with the body it has not atleast.

the tib is already a hard top like teh s2000,
the ragtop convertible is teh only kind they have...

they have aftermarket hardtops for weight reduction....
