Have you tried to replace the Fuel pump in the tank? next time try banging the bottom of the tank with a hammer, if your van starts after? well your fuel pump is going.

I had that sick joke happened to me too while i was working and thank god for the hammer. the van started right up, but soon after? propane. no need for a pump anymore.

I had the same problem a year ago. Fuel pump went, and also blew a fuseat the same time. They link the windows, and fuel pump on the same fuse on my Astro. Its the 3rd large fuse on the left under the hood, from the front. I now have a fuse/breaker in it place.

It's ALIVE!!!! again the ign. module went out along with a bad fuel and air filter caused it to quit. wouldnt start back after rpl those, because the fuel line got twisted, couldnt see it because the line was in a sleeve that hid the problem. When I took the inlet line loose from throttle body could tell the line was pinched.
