98 Jetta GLS DS power window dropped

The drivers side power window dropped the other day. I know the motor is working cause I can feel it. I was able to pull the window up about 3/4 of the way and have it held with duct tape (smile). I want to try to fix this myself. Only problem, don't laugh, is I can't figure out how to remove the door panel to take a look inside. Any ideas??

there is a recall on that i think they have to put a new assembly in it. i have a 00 vr6 my passanger window dropped one day when i was trying to put it back up
