Re: stock 7mgte

i wouldnt run more then 10psi. run 91 or 93 octane fuel with good ngk plugs and wires and you'll be fine.

Definitely get the HKS gasket and some new headbolts. titanmotorsports.com has some really good deals and great customer service. After upi get the HG and bolts you can torque the head bolts to either 72 or 76 ft/lbs (might wanna look that up). Then you can go ahead and run your boost up to 15 psi on the stock turbo but thats kinda pushin it. I would suggest going around 12 psi.
