Need '02 motor mount torque specs...

My trany went at 32,000 miles and Honda rebuilt it. (2nd, 3rd and 5th gears...and I don't beat my car at ALL!!!!) YES... I know how to shift.

Now I have a shudder when I turn the car on or off. First thought it was the exhaust manifold but no go. Took it back to Honda and they shined me off so am trying to track it down myself. I THINK it may be a loose motor mount that is allowing the motor to torque on start up and stop.

Does anyone have the link for the PDF manual for the 2002 Accord 4 cyl. or have the specs for the torque on the motor mounts?It makes me nuts when there's thumpy, shaky noises in my vehicle.

It also ticks me off that the trannys seem to be so WEAK!

Appreciate any help as quickly as possible since today is the only time I have help to get this noise handled!
