Being a Tamiya kit is a good choice as the quality will be good.
They have very good detail and will need a bit more detailed painting but would be well worth the time you spend on it. Body painting can take a lot of time if it has severial colurs but with this one being all red will make it easy.

F1 car lover
I love F1, I have built a 1982 Brabham BT50 F1 car from Tamiya with a full doirama. I am currently working on the Ferrari F12000 from the 2000 season, also a Tamiya 1/20 scale... I am very much into F1 but still love this BB.
Value for money Tamiya maket the best F1 kits with high quality parts, there are other companies making more expensive set with loads of detailing and work required.. as well. check out my F1 car at http://www.angelfire.com/de2/darren/brab.html
