Suggestion on Early Mods
I just got a 99 Civic LX and i want to make a half decent car out of it... it is completely stock engine/body it has to aftermaket 5 by 7 1/2 and a cd-player.. the reason i posted this thread is to get suggestions on cheap horepower and good deals on a sound system.. im gonna put rims on it off the bat.. im thinking of new suspension and lowering coils just post away guys im open to all suggestions
( please don't post nething about swaps/new car/or turbo cuz i dont have the cash flow for that kinda stuff i dont want a hot rod i was something to get around in with just that lil extra kick for those straight aways ^_^

hate to shut you down but first
power and cheap dont go together search for yourself ( use what the forum already has) own the car for a little bit before you know you want to put money into it and another thing search some more
