motor swap d16z6 to b18c1
exactly what would it take to pull my d16z6 motor out of my 94 civic ex, and swap in a 97-01 1.8L GSR motor (details please). for example will the gsr's half shafts fit through my civic's rotor's. do i need a bigger exhaust system and radiator? Converting OBD1 to OBD2? I have no doubts about getting this motor but i just want to know everything im getting myself into.

Wiring details here: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=550976
More info here: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=856396 Don't forget to get the OBD1 to OBD2 conversion harness. Depending on the year of the engine you'll either need it for OBD2a or OBD2b. |
