Now that we see the fruits of Congress' non action, and gas prices way higher than normal (heck it's almost double from 1 1/2 years ago) - does anyone know of a chip for the computer that will run the engine more efficiently. Maybe advance the timing or something?
Someone could make a lot of money reprogramming chips... |

Re: Chip for better gas mileage
Yeah, where are those hundred-mile-per-gallon carburetors that the oil companies are supressing???
Realistically, I wouldn't expect much improvement in mileage if you still have to meet emissions standards. First guess: GM has already sacrificed power in order to optimize fuel mileage--as evidenced by all the chips claiming better power.

Ten trillion to start with, increasing as needed from there, PLUS compensation for the sickened, and "wrongful death" settlements for the families of those who didn't survive. END trade with Communist China. |

Re: Chip for better gas mileage
I recommend starting with the intake system. That should help with milage.
