Car will not start
I have a z28 camaro, the starter went out, so i had the starter rebuilt. i installed it and now the starter just makes one click(like there not enough power). I bought new battery and new cables. and still same. what could it be?

If you get a click then the solenoid is getting power and ok. You could try to bridge the main terminals on the solenoid (be careful) and see if the motor spins, which it probably won't. If you're sure the battery and cables are ok, I'd pull the starter and have it bench tested, sounds like it's still shot.
