Question 94 GTP 3.4L Value?

Looking for some opinions, my son's old 94 3.4L GTP is now surplus so it's time to sell it. The body is decent, paint is poor, cracked windshield, but the engine runs good, I personally just replaced both head gaskets and did a valve job, timing belt, pulleys on it less than a year ago. Inside the engine didn't show any signs of wear. Mileage unknown, the original engine was replaced sometime before he bought the car with a pulled used engine. My guess based on the limited wear & ridge at the top of the cylinders is that it is less than 100K.

Anybody out there have an opinion about the value? I know the 3.4L engine has some value, but the car itself isn't anything wonderful. Is it worth anymore than the more common 3.1L worn out cars you see for $1000-$1500?

Thanks!
