should i go with the f22b1??

i have a 97 hond civic ex (d16y8) motor finally went out on me after 160,00 miles and i have the option to rebiuld that motor or put in a f22b1 motor from the honda accord. just need to know the pros and cons of this swap... please relpy if you can. thanks matt
