i got me a 91 legacy sports turbo sedan with not air con

you see i bought the car off my sister in-law first it wouldnt turn on because of some dam wire harness that was screwed up and burned. After i fixed that i notice that it had no A/C. Well it didnt bother me at first but i live in the deep south texas and let me tell you it get dam hot down here so i have been looking in to fixing it.

The Blower works great changes speeds and all the good stuff but the air is at the same temp as it is outside the car. If the air is hot to begin with it will blow out hot...same as when its cold out.

Another thing is that i dont think the compressor is working well it turns but i dont think the clutch on it engages to actually work right.

Anyone out there with an idea of what could be the problem that has a solution as well. let me know
