Re: Paint

If you have the time and money have the intire car acid dipped, then primmed and painted.

I had my intire car gutted and dipped, seem welded and what not, then all new paint. Its a mixture of a couple reds as i find the stock S4 and S5 reds are to orange :P

if u have the money and time by all means do the stripping and everything. for the avergae person, its just sanding out any imperfections, doing any bodywork, filling whatever chips or scratches that cant be sanded out, priming and paint. its a little more complicated than that but thats the jist of it. the painting itself is pretty damn complicated especially if you want a really nice paint job. also i have to agree on the stock reds. yuck.
