and where can i get a cheap maf online considering the cheapest i can find it in any autoparts store is 190 and the junkyard wants 150

The faster exhaust exits the engine the more performance you will get. A high flow cat will help that along as will the muffler you posted should help performance. Check rockauto.com, partszoneonline.com or gmpartsdirect.com to see if you can find a good price on the MAF.

which cat would be better though i know the magna flow would probaly pass emissions but i dont know about the test pipe i dont know much about either and which one would work better

The magna flow is a good cat and should meet all your needs without any problems. The test pipe is just that it can be used for off road but not if you wish to use the car on the street.

How much hp would you gain from a high flow bc mine is bad.

well in my case the high flow is about 100$ cheaper thhan the stock so im going with that

A high flow cat along with a free flowing exhaust is worth about 10 hp. If you install headers you can get more. Actual gains depend on the engine.
