Wink 91' new owner

hello
i'm cp3579 and i'm a beginner at this and maybe the new owner of a 91' CV lx in the near future.
can anybody tell me where to get shop man, owners man?
also i've read comments about spin out in wet weather or worse, snow? is there any way to pevent this from happening in bad weather? this sounds like it could be dangerious.
i would also like to know how i might get better mpgs. yea with this car it sounds like a contradiction in terms but i thought i would ask anyway.

thank you very much in advance for any info you can give me.

charlie
