"98 Sebring convertible problem
I have a very intermitent problem of while driving my turn signals will be working and then 5 minutes later they don't . When my turn signals don't work, my wipers don't work, so when it rains, the wipers have been know to stop!! They are on the same fuse, but I have changed the fuse(which doesn't look blown) and this still happens. Does anyone know what could be causing this to happen?

You may have a relay that works it way loose. I believe you'll find one in the distribution center under the hood.
