Disabling Daytime Running Lights
I have a 1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass, and I wanted to disable the daytime running lights, can somebody please help out.
Also, I think this is the same thing, but when my car is in park and running, my headlights aren't on, the daytime running lights turn off, but only turn on when i put my car in drive. At night when my car is in park my daytime running lights stay on, even if its in park. I really want to disable my daytime running lights, can somebody please help me. T hanks.

Re: Disabling Daytime Running Lights
I know on that year GM truck, to disable the daytime driving lights you press down on the parking brake one click of the ratchet. If you go down too far, then the parking brake light comes on in the dash. So you have to release the brake and try again. Maybe its the same for the cars. The manual for that car should say how to do it, but you probably don't have that or you wouldn't be asking.
