Home made air intake.

Any suggestions on what I can use to build my own cold air intake?
I already go the adapter for the MAF sensor and im planning on getting a K/N Air filter. Any one know what i should make my pipes out of?

BTW its a 92 ranger with a 3 liter in it.

I used 2 1/2" pvc pipe. 3" was too large & couldn't get hood to shut, but I have a 95 3.0. You have to get a couple of angle pieces & I used some 3-4" wide rubber hose clamps to join everything together, after having to cut angle pieces to get correct shape. Got everything at Home Depot or Lowes. Also had to get some rubber hose clamps to reduce pipe size to fit MAF & trottle body. Good Luck!!
