i own a nissan 300zx 90 model both my blinkers stay on i need to find were the flasher unit is positioned any ideas

Usually its under the dash on the drivers side, or on a fuse panel- also usually on the drivers side.

Isn't the "flash unit" (Multi-function switch) usually on the steering collumn? It's what your turn signal lever connects into.

Nah, thats just the switch, goes though a flasher that is like a momentary relay type thing.
