Unhappy Paint problem GT2 need help !!

Hay , I got a nice Porsche GT2 Street and a Transkit. Everything looked fine during Priming ( Tamiya Superfine white) Basecoat Alclad Black Base Coat for HOK Green to Purple .

After Basecoat it looked stunning , no dust in the paint everything fine almost P-man shine.

After adding fist coat of HOK Paint no problem also afer second , than i add some clear (it is named something like sealer a clear 1K liquid that should fix the flip flop effect , was in the package with paint, normaly i use 2K Clear paint ) and the paint was running but just a 2 places ( see pic).

Question , how to fix this , sanding or paint stripping with brake fluid ??? any suggestions welcome !!

To get an even paint job again. You are going to have to strip it and start over

If it is just the hood youve an issue with, rather than strip and start over I would mask off the ok areas leaving just the hood exposed and lightly sand off the duff areas, then when smooth either carbon fibre decal it or spray it satin or gloss black, seems a shame to have to start again for such a small area.

What a good idea! Yep, the c/f hood sounds like a good idea. I'm gonna memorise this - always good to know a way of hiding problems
