'99 C280 electrical problem

Hey there.
I’m having trouble with a ’99 C280 (W202).
The turn signals are dead (not even the emergency flashers work).
The front windshield wipers don’t work.
The radio/cassette amplifier doesn’t work (radio lights up, but it is quiet).

From the past (Could it be related?):
Cca tree weeks ago the battery died. Even with a new battery the car wouldn’t start though. Dealer changed the ignition key.
Everything was running great for cca two weeks, until now.

The car has first owner; always serviced at the dealer; currently 49000 miles; everything is stock. All fuses have been checked.

I’ve looked forums for any similar tread, but could not find anything.
Any kind of advice would be very appreciated. Where are relays located and what are their circuits. Wiring diagram, anything.
