Question How much should I pay for a 325i?

I am planning to buy a 2002 325i with
On-board Computer
Power Glass Moonroof
Sport Package
Xenon Headlights

According to edmunds.com the
Invoice is $28605
MSRP is $31195
TMV is $30813
(included destination charge)

Usually Japanese car can negociate the price to the invoice price. I don't have experience with BMW. Can I do the same thing? Anyone had gotten their BMW below invoice?

I don't know about this year, but last year you could not get squat off the MSRP (especially 3 series) But that doesn't mean you shouldn't try!
