Ok well awhile ago i posted about a ticket i was issused for "racing on highways" which i wasnt even racing and i was charged for racing against a street bike. today was court day, the cop told the judge i was "speeding" yet i was never clocked, the judge was totally against me and on the cops side, even when i clearly stated that the street bike was driving directly behind me, well any way the end result was i was fount guilty and issued a 280 dollar fine and a possible 6month suspension of my liscense. but since im a voulunteer firefighter the judge told me to do 14 hours of community service at plymouth fire company and i will be able to keep my liscense, im still a lil pissed about the simple fact of paying 280 bucks of my hard earned money for having a pretty good car.

Now thats some shitty shit right there whats a guy to do when his words up against an authority figure, I don't know about all of you but I'm just an average joe and my words don't mean anything in my neck of the woods.

That is fucked up. I thought for sure you would atleast get the fine reduced because the cop had no case whatsoever. What has the world come to when a cop can just say you did something with no proof and you say you didn't and nobody gives a shit they just want to push you out the door and collect their money.

it seemed as like as soon as i walked into the court room the judge and cop were both against me, the only times ive been pulled over where by the same cop, maybe he holds a grudge against me?

cops do that here 2 in southern california

and i was told that the cops all form a union and vote for the same judge and they let the judge know that if they want to be elected and get all the votes from them then they better take the side of the cops or else they wont be elected

its either your in or your out and lately ive recieved tickets for going 90 when i was going 70 on the highway with the flow of traffic and they just say they paced you. they dont use radar anymore

Around here they do all the time. Especially around in school zones I've noticed, but only an idiot speeds in a school zone. I also see them sitting on spots on the highway with their arm out the window and a radar detector in their hand checking as people go by. I'm surprised, I woulda thought they would have been lazy and just used the dash gun. My radar detector was one of the best investments I ever made.

i was doing 35 in a 30 one day on cruise controll and the the police pulled me over

him: liscense and registration
me: why am i bieng pulled over
him: you were doing 45 in a 30
me: sir, i was on cruise controll doing 35 the entire time
him:i clocked you going 45mph
me: thinking to myself, my radar detector didnt even go off, so he didnt even clock me
me: sir you make no since, i was on cruise controll, i know what speed i was at, what are you talking aobut
him:if you wanna keep talking i can give you a 6 point ticket, youdont want that do you, now shut and give me your id and i'll be back

he didnt give me a ticket, cause he knew he was wrong, but man sometimes cops can be dumbasses

well the court says they dont need radar they only have to pace you

so a radar detector is of no value the highway patrol said they dont even use them

But sometimes they can be cool! I was racing my friends SRT-4 we where doing 135ish maby more down a 35 when out of nowhere this cop has his lights on coming the other way. I was like WTF BBRRAAKKEE!! Then my radar went nuts. SRT behind me i down shift and floor it doing about 120ish I take a turn off drifting the whole thing it was awsome! neway SRT dumb ass follows me. Out of nowhere another cop slides out of this other street and blocks the road. I take the same turn he just came out of (it was that or hit him) what happens road block i'm thrown out of my car cops feet on my back and cuffs going on I'm like WELL FUCK! did you know i clocked you at 132? me: Yes sir. While this is all going on MY DUMB ASS FRIEND IS DRIVING AROUND a parking lot trying to see what is going on. Cops are asking me if that's him i'm like how should i know all i see is dirt. They tell me to get up so i do and i lean against my car that is now housing a drug dog. I'm like can you keep him from shitting all over my car.. I got one hell of a look for that one! Cop gets my wallet out and pulls out my Millitary ID and said OOOOHHHHHH how is your commander going to like this? I said yea i'm fucked. Cop nods his head with this little grin. The other cops are done ripping my car apart and join in as they all enjoy my Millitary ID. One askes WTF are you doing you have about 12 laws you just broke during your little excapade.. I tryed not to laugh but it slipped. Cop: you think that's funny? Me: No Sir! Cop:Well i'm going to throw your ass in jail for a LONG time and tow your pretty little car away i'm thinking son of a bitch when out of no where he says go home and stay there if i see you out any more tonight YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL! He takes the cuffs of and said Thanks for what you are doing for our contry this ones on me. Me: No problem sir thank you! As im strapping my seatbelt on he tells me "by the way nice driving" i just smiled and took my ass home.
