I am going to get a turbo for my 99 SI B16A2. I want to go with Greddy because I like the quality of their work and the fact that they have it CARB legal helps also. I want anyones opinion as far a swhat they thought about the Greddy turbo. Likes, dislikes, how was it to install, do you have to maintain it a lot, how many miles have you had t on your car and has it worn the engine at all? Has anyone increased the boost on it or can you increase the boost on it. Thanks for the help.
P.S. Has anyone used Nitrous and turbo on their engine at the same time? If so how did it work and what do you have as far as internals?

I hate to see any thread go unanswered, so Ill step in here.
I don't know much about the b16 turbo, but most people seem to place alot of importance on running synthetic oil and changing it religiously. Also, proper fuel and spark management is a must with any turbo ESPECIALLY if you plan to up the boost. Try a search or flip through the turbo forum, Im sure you'll find some better info. |
