'05 Malibu @ 110mph
How can i remove the governor/speed limit. My car is governed at 110mph. I have the 200hp V6... the Malibu Maxx has the same engine but is governed at 120 mph. Is there any way to remove the restriction?? How much would it cost??
I have a 2005 chevy Malibu LS. About 1000 miles on it so far

You will need your computer reprogramed to take out the limiter. I think you have to take it out and send it in for this, GM garage won't do this because it is set that way from the factory for the tire speed rating they put on your car
