How to recondition hubcaps

We just purchased a 1999 Honda Civic for our son. The hubcaps are suffering from a major case of curbage and I was wondering if anyone might know how to recondition them. They are made of plastic. Thanks for you help.

Re: How to recondition hubcaps

For the most part, Hub caps are inexpensive, replacing them would be the easiest solution.
