I have 2003 Cavalier and I am getting a weird noise from my passenger side front. The sound is as if something is rattling or clunking together if I roll back over a bump surface or roll back over the curb onto my driveway. What could it be? I can't figure it out!!!!! It doesn't do it when I drive the car (rattle or clunk), but I do getting some vibration in my steering wheel and accelerator. I have just put new brake pads(ceramic) and rotors on, and I had outer tie rod ends put on because that is what my cousin who is a mechanic told me what the problem was, but obviously it wasn't the problem.
Could it be the strut or it's mount doing this? Or is it something more complicated and a safety issue?

Re: 2003 Cavalier funny noise
The passenger side... where at exactly? Inside the dash? Underneath the car?

i got the same thing...at 55 60 mph a very slight vibration in the passenger side tire. had 4 wheel alignment and tires rotated and balanced but still there. May be balljoint or srtut mount . haven't had time to check yet.
