Opinions wanted for this BoV 1g from ebay

Hey guys. It was recommended from many people in this forum to get a 1g BoV instead of an overpriced one. I would like to know what you guys think of this one and if anyone has dealt with this individual.
I have been to the salvage yards around my area and all the 4g63t engines are non-existent because they are very sought after. Please let me know what you think of this one. I have never used ebay before and I am a little skeptical.
Thanks in advance!!

It looks like a good deal. Wait until the last day to bid and don't bid until there's less than a minute left (oh shit now you all know my secret). The best thing about ebay is you have recourse (esp if you use paypal) I've never really had any problems with ebay.

You could always give mitsubishigraveyard.com a try. They deal with all used parts.

I went there and I didnt see one available. The site is kind of wierd too. It doesn't look well maintained and the layout is a little confusing.
I do thank you very much for your advice and input
