Question

95 cavalier loss of power

I have a 95 Cavalier Z24 with a 2.3 My problem it has a rough idle and no power. So far a new feul filter and new plugs were put in catalytic is not clogged either. Gettung very frustrated with this problem. PLEASE HELP.
