electrical short?

I have a 1995 GMC Jimmy that is giving me a NEW problem to deal with. For once it isn't the EGR valve or oxygen sensor!

I start the engine and hear what sounds like a blinker is on, but it isn't. I get out and walk around the truck and the hazard lights were flashing. I turned the engine off and the ABS and Brake lights on the dash continue to flash. I turn the truck back on and the blinker sound continues, then stops, then starts again. I finally got it to stop after turning on, then off the Hazard lights. It has done this twice in the past few months. I don't know if this is an electrical short or some other computer problem. Please help!
