rattling noise
I have a 93 accord ex. When my car hits about 2 RPM's my car begins to make a rattling noise under the hood for about two to three seconds and then it stops. What could this be? Also when I was driving it today it just all of a sudden shut off on me. what the hell does that mean?

Re: rattling noise
Are you getting any Check Engine lights? The rattle could be lots of things. So it doesn't do it any other time except 2-3k? Try having somebody else rev your car up to that range while in park, and see if you can locate or at least narrow down the area of hte rattle.
The car randomly dying could be a variety of things as well. First place I'd check would be my battery cables. Make sure they are firmly attached and clean. (remember not to touch both at the same time, and to always disconnect the neg first, reattach it 2nd.)
