suspension setups

Well, i hav another question. What needs to be done to the suspension of the caprice for drag racing? I am thinking of keepin it stock for now, but wondering what needs to be done so it will launch good.

ladder bars are good, or a 4 link, for the front just tighten it up with all new bushings, ball joints, tie rods etc...

Re: suspension setups

Just wondering, should the rear be quite soft so the car can plant the tires at launch? Observed those drag cars, and i've concluded that the rear suspension is soft cuz when they take off, the rear just sinks down.......tell me if im wrong.
