84 accord not starting

i have a 1984 honda accord 1.8l carbed engine

i am having a hell of a time with this one.

1. car doesnt start.

2. ignition system is working, all plugs fire, good spark. timing may be a little off.

3. Fuel pump is working, gas is getting to the carb.

all the car does is turn over. distributer rotor is moving and firing, everything should be fine, but i dont even get a backfire. i think something is wrong with the carb. or my timing belt jumped a tooth, im not sure, i need help, thanks!
