Free update for 05
Those of you who have 05's with navigation are entitled to 1 free nav update thru the dealer. I have an 04 Denali with Nav and my service rep told me from the 05 model year GMC is now giving out one free update for the Nav system. I think they should do this for all model years with Nav like BMW does. If your spending 45 to 50 thousand on a vehicle you should be entitled to at least one free update.
My 04 came with version 1.0 for the Nav and that version was already outdated when I got it. The newest version is 4.1, but most of the dealers still only have version 3.0. Anybody want to burn me a copy of 3.0?
