Have you had your upper intake manifold off lately? Check the wiring harness for the throttle position sensor, make sure its plugged in and in good condition.

Also, check your throttle stop screw, it may be holding your throttle open some.

I couldn't see a vacuum leak causing idle that high, but I would check my vacuum hoses/connections as well.

I can tell you almost 100% (almost) that it is your Lower Intake Manifold Gasket leaking...I had the same Exact problem...replaced the upper Plenum Gasket and no help! Took it all back apart but went farther down and replaced the 2 Lower Intake Manifold Gaskets and Problem gone!!!!!If you have the Famous Distributor Plug Leak...or should i say the Plug where the Distributor used to be (it now drives the oil pump i think) Round plug with a clamp holding it down...can't miss it if you pull everything off to get to the Lower Intake Gaskets. This would be a Great time to fix that leaky Plug if it is leaking, and they all leak eventually! It will not let me post a picture or i would put one up from when i did mine....sorry

Hope this helps, Paul
