well i just bought a motor straight from japan, its a zc, (d16a6), im now about to start pulling out the old motor because i had threw a rod, so now i am putting this new one in, but i what i want to know is what should i do to it to gain some good power without spending hundreds or even thousands of$$$$$, so i want some opinions on what you guys think i should do? supposibly this motor is suppose to have about 140-150 hp stock, so i want to get that up a little bit, im not expecting to go out and get a enormous gain in hp, but i do want a little bit of a gain? i already have , headers, exaust and an intake, but give me some more ideas in what i should do
thanks |

Re: what to do ????
i think that motor should have more like 130hp and if its a d16a6 then its like 109hp. are you sure its from japan? anyway use the search this question has been asked a million times. but you can get the head ported and polished for not too much or a cam and cam gear.
