Help, '94 Tercel with Starting Issues...

Hey all, I'm hoping someone here can help me out on this one. I recently bought a '94 Tercel and it has been flooding when trying to start.

The car will turn over but it will not catch most of the time and its a real pain in the ass. The alternator has been replaced, since thats what the Toyota guys said was wrong, and when that didn't fix the problem, I put in new spark plugs, rotor button, and distributor cap and it is continuing to flood when I attempt to start the thing. Any suggestions?
