Exclamation WOW.

Uhhh!!! I want one... except for the fire hazard the car's design flaws presented. Besides that, sounds like it would have been right up my alley, with a small displacement (for a V12) and lots of top end power. I'd love to get my hands on one of these engines with a contemporary port fuel injection system and hook it up with a solid sports car chassis.

I will heartily disagree. Its biggest downfall was hen they high speed tested it and it flew..really..it flew..because of that nose too.

Uh, I you forgot to mention that some of the early years had a BIG flaw- the oil was shared with the engine and transmission. It doesn't take much to realize that you don't want dirty engine oil cooling your transmission, wear was quick and extensive. They eventually fixed the problem. Great car, though.

i also believe that the problem had alot to do with the airodynamics of the vehicle.
