Replacing front sway bar on Protege

Hello I have a 1994 Protege and on the passenger side where the link attaches the sway bar broke. The car only has 47000 miles and is in great shape other than this.

I am attempting to replace it myself but I am stuck, I have it all unbolted but it wont come out, obviously I need to remove parts to allow it to come out but it looks like I need to remove the large undercarrage piece that the steering and motor and front wheels are attached to.

Any advice on what the minimun is I need to remove/loosen to get it out?
