Bad wheel bearing??
I've got maroon colored dust on driver's side front wheel cover and tire. Doesn't seem to be from the road because it's not on the other wheels. Is this an indication that a wheel bearing is disintegrating? Not hearing any unusual sounds from the wheel, or any other problems.

Re: Bad wheel bearing??
Inspect the wheel well to ensure you haven't driven through some road mess first; then check the pads/caliper on that side and ensure the caliper piston does retract allowing the brake pad to disengage from the rotor sufficiently. Does the car pull to one side when driving/braking? Is the rim too hot to touch comfortably after driving a few K's? If so then it's most likely a brake related component gone/going bad.
