Exclamation Need Help!!!!

I pulled my valve cover and cams out today to find the vtec lobe all scratched up and the rocker arm too!! It seemd that the stock spring muct have binded with the new cam and now it's all puckered up . This was like the last thing I needed, but resoursefull as my room mate is he found some guy with rocker arms from a GSR? will these work? Plus will the lost motion assembly work in my motor too, cuase maybe thats what bottomed out and dont they have the capability to handle higher lift? The next bummer is that my stage 1 cams are jacked, one guy said some places cam take these and weld them and regrind them? Has anyone heard of this? and how cheap is it? I guess I can use my old stock ones till I find something else. Worse timing too low money plus bill and rent time for me too. Some body help get to me asap please................
