Bike Carrier

I have a 2004 Malibu with factory installed spoiler. Has anyone with the same car purchased a trunk-mounted bike carrier? I'd like to hear about experiences with different brands, good or bad, or if I should avoid them all together.

I bought a Bell 2 bike carrier that will be going back to the store. It clears my spoiler, but just barely, especially with the weight of the bikes on it. It also pushed in on my trunk, but left no permanent dent.

Look for the Saris, Bones models- 2 bike 99$, 3 bike 139$, most good bike shops have them or go to amazon if you like shopping internet but I found better deals for bike accsessories at shops when you add the shipping costs...These clear the spoilers on most cars. Plus you might get one on sale at shop as I did 89$ for 2 bike. 2002 Impala w/spoiler
