Smile Rear Rotor removal question '01 Accord

Can anyone reassure me that replacing rear rotors and pads on a 2001 Accord EX is a piece of cake? I've been searching the web for a while trying to find a how to.......it seems that I need to remove the phillips screws with an impact driver which I have. But is there anything funky with the caliper pistons to drive them back in? Are they the screw in type or just use a "C" clamp to compress them ? This is my first Honda and I just wanted to proceed with caution.....

Thanks

Probably not. Just make sure the brake is off.
