Start off by taking out all of the inner fender splash moldings in front of the front tires. Those should be held in place by various push pins and maybe a few screws if I remember correctly.

After that remove the front bowtie molding piece from the front that runs the length of the hood opening. In other words take off the whole molding and not the bowtie. Not trying to make it sound like your dumb or nothing Ive just had a few people come back and say "hey there is no screws under the bowtie." Under the molding you will see two (2) screws on both sides of the molding area. Take those out.

Now, under the front lip of the bumper there will be even more molding crap that coincidently is held on with more hardware then the actual bumper itself. Remove all that crap as well.

Lastly inside the fender where the bumper and fender meet you should find I believe two (2) or three (3) bolts that connect the bumper to the fender. Take those out and you are good to go.

Yes, sad but true, besides all the molding crap the only thing holding your front bumper on is two little drywallesque screws and a total of 4 bolts. Isnt that just pretty?

Hope that about does it for you.
