How to program key fob remote?
Is there a way to program the key fob remote without going to a dealership to have it done? I purchased an '03 CTS and was given only 1 remote, and it doesn't work. I'm not sure if it was programed for my car. I would like to try to reprogram it myself rather than driving back to the dealership. Also, I'd like to buy a second remote off of ebay. Can anyone help me with this?

It has to be done with a GM scan tool (tech 2) no other way.......head to the dealer...
